Independent Legal Advice

You may have already negotiated an agreement with your former spouse and you simply want to know if your agreement is fair and understand the long-term implications of it better. You may have been encouraged by your former spouse or mediator to go talk to a lawyer. We are not here to argue you out of your agreement, we are here to make sure you fully understand your agreement and it’s consequences. If you want to sign the agreement after our meeting, you make that decision, not us. You will send us your agreement to quickly review and we will give you a fixed cost for how much your ILA will be.
